Building plaster is one of the most important materials in Iranian construction, and its quality directly affects finishing, base coats and the final strength of a project. Stage 1: Quarrying the gypsum rock

Final quality depends above all on the purity of the rock. Negin Falat Pars's own quarry in Semnan province is one of Iran's best gypsum deposits thanks to its high purity and natural whiteness. After surface stripping, high-purity seams are identified, mined mechanically and sent to the crushing station. High calcium-sulfate purity secures a standard setting time and good whiteness.

Stage 2: Crushing and initial sizing

Large rocks are crushed, particle size is set for an even kiln feed, and impurities are removed. The result: more uniform calcining, consistent quality and lower kiln energy use.

Stage 3: Calcining in the kiln

The most important stage. In modern kilns with controlled temperature and precise residence time, the rock loses its bound water and becomes hemihydrate — the basis of finishing and base-coat plaster.

Stage 4: Milling, micronizing and sieving

Calcined plaster is milled fine and even, then graded through multi-stage sieves. Advanced separators produce the micronized grades. The result: higher coverage, better finishing performance and lower consumption.

Stage 5: Packing and storage

Once quality is approved, plaster is packed in strong laminated bags printed with full specifications and production date, and moved to dry storage — so it keeps its quality even over long hauls.
