How should plaster be stored?
On pallets, off the floor and away from walls, in a dry covered space. Close opened bags tightly — moisture changes the setting time.
Can I plaster in cold weather?
Not recommended below 5 °C. Freezing before it dries leaves the surface powdery and weak.
Why does plaster crack on the wall?
Most common causes: too thick a single coat, an over-dry base, draughts or heat during setting, and excess water. Cracks that keep widening may be structural and should be inspected.
Can I add water to plaster that has started to set?
No. Re-tempering reduces strength and adhesion. Mix smaller batches instead.
What is the minimum bulk order?
One truckload (about 24 tonnes). For smaller quantities, buy from your nearest dealer.
Which documents are provided for export?
Certificate of origin, technical data sheet, batch test report and bill of lading. Additional certificates per destination-country requirements.
